Continuous quality control during construction is a basic requirement for ENCOS.

Our services for quality control during construction at a glance

  • Monitoring of the execution of the construction project for compliance with the building permit, the construction plans and the relevant regulations
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Control
  • Acceptance of the construction work with the cooperation of other external companies involved in the planning, if necessary, and targeted site supervision by those involved in the project, with the detection of any defects that may occur
  • Compilation of any defects identified in a complete list including monitoring of the remedial work
  • Handover of the object/building project to the Client
