Our work process
Step 1: Starting the work
After clarifying the boundary conditions and determining all relevant loads and special features of the pipework system, we map the complex system for the static calculation in a calculation model. This forms the basis for all further analyses and optimisations.
Step 2: Calculation
We take into account static loads such as dead weight from pipes, components and the medium itself, internal pressure and additional loads from wind and snow as well as special loads from earthquakes. Other static and dynamic loads, such as pump switching and temperature shifts on components, are also analysed. Thermal expansion due to increased temperature, stress and fatigue analyses can be carried out and, if necessary, supplemented by in-depth verifications using FEM. In the event of design changes, we develop the corresponding optimisation solutions.
