Piping
ENCOS provides detailed pipeline planning for a wide variety of industries. The variety of projects ranges from selective integration into existing plants within the scope of extensions and modifications to the complete piping of new process plants in the double-digit million euro investment range. We consider piping planning to be an integral part of the overall plant planning, regardless whether ENCOS acts as general planner or is limited to the pipeline planning.
Our pipeline design is characterised by efficiency, flexibility and quality:
- Use of 3D planning tools such as PDMS, Bentley Autoplant or AutoCAD Plant3D
- Use of 3D metrology 3D laser scanner for recording the as-built situation
- Use of flexible teams with interface competence to process engineering & pipe system statics
